Støttemuligheder/Financial support

Der findes muligheder for at få økonomisk hjælp til at betale for musikskolekontingentet. Vi har her samlet nogle af dem.
Vær opmærksom på følgende:
Man skal selv som forælder eller kontaktperson iværksætte ansøgningen.
Musikskolen har ingen indflydelse på evt. bevilling af støttekroner.
Hvis der er venteliste på det ønskede fag, kommer eleven på venteliste, indtil der er en ledig plads.
Ingen undervisning kan igangsættes, før beløb, der dækker den tildelte undervisning, er modtaget på musikskolens konto.
Hvis du har brug for at tale med en medarbejder på musikskolen fx for hjælp til tilmeldingen, så ring meget gerne i forvejen på 64 74 69 02 i telefontiden mandag til torsdag fra kl. 10-12 og aftal en tid.
Egmont fonden – ”En håndsrækning”
Røde Kors kan søge Egmont fonden ”En håndsrækning” om støtte til børns musikundervisning.
Sådan kommer man i gang:
Kontakt den lokale Røde Kors afdeling/netværk. Hvis støtten bevilges, skal Røde Kors kontakte musikskolens leder, Troels Nissen taani@assens.dk for at aftale, hvilken undervisning eleven kan tilbydes.
Dansk Flygtningehjælp – ”Fritidspuljen”
Dansk Flygtningehjælps fritidspulje kan søges af privatpersoner og af kontaktpersoner til flygtninge (f.eks. hos Røde Kors). En skole (f.eks. Aarupskolen) kan også søge på vegne af flygtningebørn. Det fulde beløb er 4000 kr., men oftest er det beløb, man kan få, fx 1200 kr.
Sådan kommer man i gang:
Kontakt Musikskolens leder, Troels Nissen taani@assens.dk og lav en foreløbig aftale om undervisning og startdato. Aftalen er betinget af, om støtten bevilges. Send derpå en ansøgning til Dansk Flygtningehjælp – Link

Options for financial support
It is possible to apply for financial support if you need help to pay the membership fee to the Music School. You will find some of them below.
As a parent or contact person, you must initiate the application yourself.
The Music School has no influence on the grants.
NOTE: In all cases, the Music School's waiting list applies. That is, if there is a waiting list for the instrument you apply for, you will be placed there until a seat is available.
You cannot start your lessons until the Music School has received the total amount covering the lessons we have agreed upon.
If you need help from the Music School for instance regarding registration to the Music School and would like to visit us at Tobaksgaarden in Assens, you are very welcome to call us in advance at 64 74 69 02 Monday to Thursday from 10-12 am and make an appointment.
The Egmont Foundation - "A helping hand" / Egmont fonden – ”En håndsrækning”
The Danish Red Cross can apply to the Egmont foundation "En håndsrækning" (“A helping hand”) for support for children's music lessons.
How to get started:
Contact the local Red Cross network. If financial help is granted, the Red Cross must contact the head of the music school, Troels Nissen, taani@assens.dk, to agree on which education the student can be offered.
Danish Refugee Council - "Leisure pool"/ Dansk Flygtningehjælp - "Fritidspuljen"
The Danish Refugee Council's leisure pool can be applied for by private individuals and by contact persons for refugees (e.g. at the Red Cross). A school (e.g. Aarupskolen) can also apply on behalf of refugee children. The full amount is DKK 4,000, but most often the amount you can get is e.g. DKK 1,200.
How to get started:
